In order to use our online booking service, you must provide us with your name, address, telephone number, and email address. As part of an order process, we also store information regarding the time of rental and the type of equipment reserved/booked. As the service is restricted to those 18 years and above, your year of birth is also required. Your order history is stored when you use our service. These personal details are used to provide you with the service and are kept for as long as you are registered with us. The personal data we have on file can be viewed and amended in your user account. You may also contact us at hello@gonorwaynow.com to request that we remove your personal data or deregister from our systems. Following deregistration, you will no longer be able to use our service unless you register again.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Go Norway AS will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. Order information is managed in a system provided by Sharefox.
Payment Information
When you place an order, your card information is stored with our payment provider DIBS in order to process your order. DIBS handles this information securely and is PCI certified. This enables us to handle changes to the order, cancel reservations such as deposits, issue credits, apply additional charges incurred by the user (in case of late returns, damage, or similar), and reduce abuse and shrinkage. Transaction details are stored in relation to your order but not the card information itself. Transaction information will be stored as long as you are registered as a user of the service.
Use of Collected Information
Personal information collected for these purposes includes both information you provide (such as your name and email address) and information collected through your use of the service, such as the equipment you rent and information about your device's location and technical details of your internet connection. This personal information may be supplemented with available information from third-party providers.

Cookies simplify the use of our service and provide relevant information when you visit our site. They are also used to buffer data such as available rental dates and prices.
